Personal Training Prices & Monthly Package Options

I have a flexible pricing structure to my personal training services and this is detailed below.

All training sessions last 1 hour and include full warm-up and warm-down routines led by me.

Individual 1-on-1 Training

1 Training Session: £30
10 Training Sessions: £270 (and save 10%!)

Couples/Buddy Training

These are sessions aimed at couples or friends who want to train together. It’s nice to train with a partner to help push each other on!

1 Couple/Buddy Training Session: £20 per person

Private Bootcamp Training

These are sessions with a minimum of 3 people where you train all together.

1 Private Bootcamp Training Session: £20 per person.

Monthly Training Packages

Bronze Package – £110 per month

  • 1 Personal Training Session with me per week
  • A personalised written workout programme for you to follow 3 times per week
  • Fitness Assessment
  • Food diary analysis

Silver Package – £210 per month

  • 2 Personal Training Sessions with me per week
  • A personalised written workout programme for you to follow 2 times per week
  • Fitness Assessment
  • Food diary analysis

Gold 3 Package – £300 per month

  • 3 Personal Training Sessions with me per week
  • A personalised written workout programme for you to follow once per week
  • Fitness Assessment
  • Food diary analysis

Gold 4 Package – £400 per month

  • 4 Personal Training Sessions with me per week
  • A personalised written workout programme for you to follow once per week
  • Fitness Assessment
  • Food diary analysis

Gold 5 Package – £500 per month

  • 5 Personal Training Sessions with me per week
  • A personalised written workout programme for you to follow once per week
  • Fitness Assessment
  • Food diary analysis
