I have a flexible pricing structure to my personal training services and this is detailed below.
Each training session lasts 45-60 minutes and includes a full warm-up and warm-down routine led by me.
Individual 1-on-1 Training (pay as you go)
- 10 Training Sessions: £300
Couples/Buddy Training
- These are sessions aimed at couples or friends who want to train together. It’s nice to train with a partner to help push eachother on!
- 1 Couple/Buddy Training Session: £20 per person (minimum 2 people)
Private Bootcamp Training
- These are sessions with a minimum of 3 people where you train all together.
- 1 Private Bootcamp Training Session: £20 per person.
Monthly Fitness Packages for Individuals
Each monthly package includes:
- Personalised workout programme (updated as required when your fitness level improves)
- Fitness Assessment (ongoing)
- Food diary analysis (ongoing)
Pricing based on the number of personal training (PT) sessions you opt for:

£130 per month

(4 per month) - Works out to £32.50/session
#TWO
£230 per month

- 2 PT sessions with Dean per week
(8 per month) - Works out to £28.75/session
#THREE
£325 per month

- 3 PT sessions with Dean per week
(12 per month) - Works out to £27/session
#FOUR
£420 per month

- 4 PT sessions with Dean per week
(16 per month) - Works out to £26.25/session
#FIVE
£500 per month
£500 per month
- 5 PT sessions with Dean per week
(20 per month) - Works out to £25/session
